Trust & governance
Stronger safeguards for higher stakes.
Authorization is enforced in the database, not just the interface. Every safeguard below is a property of the platform's architecture — not a policy promise.
Employer-owned data
The school is the data fiduciary; Dheya is the processor. Leadership visibility of individual reports is configurable and audited.
DPDP compliance
India residency (ap-south), lawful basis and notice, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and a retention schedule.
Teacher rights
Teachers can view, export, and erase their own data, and withdraw consent — self-serve, from their portal.
No jargon, no labels
Reports describe teaching style and development needs in plain language — never letters, codes, or clinical claims.
k-anonymity
Aggregate views never resolve to an individual below a minimum group size.
Candidate protection
The hiring flow is gated: decision-support only, panel-only, time-boxed, auto-purged, and excluded from analytics and norms.
Self-report, treated carefully
Self-report inventories describe how teachers see their own practice — mindset, wellbeing, collaboration. Described, never diagnostic, and never used as a verdict.
The one-line promise
This platform describes teaching style and development needs — never ability, never worth. No single measure ever decides a high-stakes outcome for a teacher.
