Every assessment on the platform quietly builds the national picture. Benchmarking places your faculty's aggregate evidence on it — a percentile for each lens, refreshed as norms grow.
- Aggregate-only: any lens with fewer than five assessed teachers stays hidden, protecting individuals.
- Leadership-only view — benchmarks never appear in a teacher's report.

Certification measures a whole-school habit: assessing the faculty and keeping CPD on pace with NEP's 50-hour year. The rules gate, the Dheya team reviews and issues, and every certificate is valid for one year.

Eligibility is measured live from the platform — your certification page shows exactly where you stand and what remains. Certification reflects coverage and pace only; it never reflects, or reveals, any individual teacher's results.

Verified in public.
Every certificate carries a public verification page — put the link on your website, prospectus and admission brochures. Parents, hiring teachers and inspectors see the school's name, tier and validity dates. Nothing else.
- Live status — expired or revoked certificates say so, honestly.
- A machine-readable JSON record for directories and aggregators.
- Zero personal data — the page never names or scores a teacher.

Once a year, each teacher can generate a one-page record of the year's work: the evidence tiles, competency movement since the last cycle and the CPD ledger — printable, private and written for an appraisal conversation, not a verdict.
