Is it really free for individual teachers?
Yes. Any teacher can take one full assessment free — no card, no credits. You get the same five-lens report a school-sponsored teacher gets, including the gap analysis, development plan and role fit. It's funded so that every teacher can see their own picture.
How are credits priced for schools?
Per module: behavioural style 1.8 credits, subject knowledge 0.5, situational judgement 0.5, classroom skills 0.25 and self-report 0.25. A full five-lens battery is 3.30 credits per teacher — and every battery includes the printable report, gap analysis, personalised development plan and role matching.
Can we run fewer than five lenses?
Yes. Compose a battery straight from the assessment banks — competencies are matched automatically — and you pay only for the modules it includes. The estimated cost is shown before you create it.
When are credits consumed?
The battery's cost is reserved when an invitation is sent, and consumed only when the teacher completes it. Cancelled or expired invitations refund exactly what was reserved.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 12 months from purchase — comfortably longer than a school year's evaluation cycle.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. Self-serve checkout is instant, and sales-assisted orders (PO, bank transfer, sponsor grants) run on the same commerce backend with a GST invoice.
